Circuit Board Design
The circuit boards used for both display and logic functions make up a significant part of any Dynamic Display, it is critcal that the best software is used to create these circuit boards efficiently.
Innoveda PowerLogic allows fast accurate entry of circuit schematics.
Innoveda Power PCB is used to layout the circuit from the information contained in the schematic. Dynamic currently use a combination of Cadence Specctra and Innoveda Blazerouter to autoroute circuit boards. Powerful features in PADs such as automated component placement and advanced rules checking allow perfect printed circuit boards to be designed in a fraction of the normal time.
Mechanical Design
Conventional PC based CAD software is used to design cases, chassis, fascias and other mechanical components. The resulting files can be downloaded directly into CNC punches & folders to directly produce components to the exact design.
Electro Magnetic Compatibility (EMC)
Dynamic Display have their own in house EMC test capability, this allows cost effective control of EMC issues right the way through the product development cycle.
