Dynamic Display use a number of reputable UK circuit board manufacturers depending on the technology, size, quantity and delivery speed required for a particular project. Dynamic also have an in-house circuit board manufacturing facility to cope with small runs of single and double sided boards.
Circuit Board Assembly
The method of mounting components onto the circuit boards depends on the quantity of units required at a time and varies from manual insertion by a human to fully automatic insertion by machine. The computer controlled wave soldering equipment which is used to solder Dynamic's boards allows the temperature of both preheating & soldering to be set precisely, this ensures that not a single LED is damaged either short or long term by the soldering process. The picture below shows an LED board just after it has passed through the wave of molten solder.

Case Manufacture
The majority of the sheet metal manufacture is sub-contracted to a specialist fine-limit metalworker. The use of CNC punch presses and folding machines gives extremely accurate and repeatable results.
